Job summary

Silvur is looking for a technical liaison to partner with credit unions, handling data flows, SSO setup, and security questionnaires. You will translate complex architecture for non-technical stakeholders, work with engineering only on product changes, and own the onboarding lifecycle from contract to live across multiple partner platforms.

You will not be building the product; instead you will thoroughly understand Silvur’s platform, its architecture, and its data handling to confidently

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a technical, partner-facing role.
• Experience with email authentication: SPF, DKIM, DMARC.
• Understanding of authentication protocols: OAuth 2.0, SAML, OIDC.
• Ability to explain technical architecture to non-specialists.
• Excellent written communication.
• AI fluency as a working habit; using Claude to automate tasks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the named technical contact across partner portfolio.
• Prepare technical guidance for Success and Sales teams.
• Provision and maintain partner accounts and SSO.
• Own data exchange operations and file mapping requirements.
• Configure and troubleshoot single sign-on across partner platforms.
• Own email authentication configurations for partner domains.
• Complete partner security questionnaires and vendor assessments.
• Onboard new partners from contract to live across the full sequence.
• Develop reusable artifacts: security questionnaire library, integration guide, and architecture deck.
