Job summary

Silvur is seeking a Technical Partner Engineer to be the technical face of the company to our credit union partners in the United States. You will own data flows, SSO configurations, security posture, and partner-facing documentation, translating between credit union IT staff and Silvur's engineering team.

You will not build the product but will ensure partners are onboarded and live, handling investigations, questionnaires, and technical conversations with credibility and restraint.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a technical, partner- or customer-facing role.
• Working understanding of email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and DNS.
• Working understanding of OAuth 2.0, SAML, and OIDC for integrations.
• Hands-on with secure transfer methods and permission settings.
• Ability to explain technical architecture to non-specialists without defensiveness.
• Excellent written communication and AI-enabled work habits.
• Preference for experience with credit unions or regulated buyers.

Responsibilities

• Own partner technical relationships across the portfolio and translate between IT staff and engineering.
• Support Success and Sales teams on technically related conversations and prepare materials.
• Provision and maintain partner accounts, SSO configuration, API credentials, and domains.
• Own data exchange operations, file specifications, test exchanges, and error diagnostics.
• Configure and troubleshoot SSO across partner platforms (Alkami, Banno, Candescent, Narmi).
• Manage email authentication configurations (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) with partner domains.
• Complete security questionnaires and vendor assessments with accurate representations.
• Onboard new partners from contract to live, including security reviews and launch verification.
