Job summary

Ramp is seeking a skilled Partner Consultant to work with customers and partners, driving product integration and technical advisory across a diverse channel ecosystem. You will translate complex accounting and API concepts into practical customer outcomes and build trusted advisor relationships.

You’ll partner with Channel, Product, and Sales teams to design integrations, enable partners, and craft solutions that expand Ramp’s impact on client workflows in a fast-growing startup.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Partner Architecture, Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering or similar customer-facing roles in SaaS.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/engineering/business/finance or related field.
• Strong ability to translate technical solutions into business value and guide customers.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Channel, Partnerships, Sales, Product to advocate for product & integration development aligned to customer needs.
• Demonstrate technical accounting features to Ramp partners via demos and workflow illustrations.
• Develop service packages for Ramp customers and identify advisory or managed-services opportunities.
• Architect and validate custom API-based integrations between Ramp and third-party platforms.
• Support Sales and Post-Sales with advanced technical and accounting implementations with Channel partners.
• Evaluate customer requirements for new partner opportunities and perform ROI and technical assessments.
• Collaborate to create technical assets and a knowledge base of use cases and best practices.
