Peak Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Partner Service Manager to lead external service partner delivery, optimize third-party contractor relationships, and manage project pricing and SOW creation.

You will streamline Field Nation utilization, implement efficiency improvements, and drive revenue growth while maintaining high customer satisfaction. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to process optimization and service

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business/related field.
• Experience managing 3rd party contractors and project pricing.
• Familiarity with SLAs, contract pricing structures, and field service platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee a team of 3rd party contractors using the Field Nation platform.
• Foster relationships with contractors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Promote service contracts, upgrades, parts, and billable labor revenue.
• Implement performance metrics and monitor contractor performance (SLAs).
• Collaborate with sales and internal teams on pricing and project scope.
• Develop and refine Statements of Work (SOW) to drive revenue and client success.
• Provide training on platform use and processes to teams and contractors.
