Job summary

Panduit is seeking a Partner Operations Lead to manage daily workflows, SLA adherence, and escalation handling for global partners. You will onboard and coach team members while ensuring process consistency and compliance.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in program or business operations, strong process discipline, and experience with Salesforce. You will analyze performance data to drive improvements and collaborate across a matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5–7 years in program/operations or related field; matrix organizations experience.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations for Partner Operations, balancing workloads and SLA commitments.
• Serve as escalation point for complex partner inquiries, exception requests, and operational challenges.
• Onboard, train, coach, and mentor team members while assigning workflows.
• Act as SME for program systems, policies, processes, and requirements.
• Own and maintain process documentation, work instructions, training materials, and best practices.
• Analyze program performance, operational metrics, partner trends, and data to identify opportunities.
• Lead or support projects, process improvements, reporting enhancements, and operational initiatives.
