You will oversee partner support, manage escalations, onboard and coach staff, own process documentation, analyze performance, and drive improvements across the program. A bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years in program or sales operations are required; Salesforce and Microsoft Office

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years experience in program operations, business operations, or sales operations.
• Experience supporting global teams and coaching team members.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms; strong analytical and reporting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations for the Partner Operations team; manage case queues and SLAs.
• Serve as primary escalation point for complex partner inquiries and operational challenges.
• Onboard, train, and mentor team members; assign workflows and provide guidance.
• Act as SME for program systems, policies, processes, and requirements.
• Own and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and training materials.
• Analyze program performance, metrics, and trends to identify opportunities and inform decisions.
• Lead or support projects that improve efficiency, scalability, and partner satisfaction.
