Job summary

Everpure is seeking a hands‑on Business Process Manager to own and document all partner-related processes. You will create a trusted source of process truth, drive standardization, and partner with GPO, Partner Operations, and our partners to optimize workflows across onboarding, quoting, programs, and compliance.

This role favors someone who thrives in ambiguity, can translate business needs into IT requirements, and can lead process improvements with a data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience in business process management, operations or consulting.
• Proven experience documenting complex cross-functional processes from scratch.
• Experience with partner or channel operations (onboarding, deal registration, quoting, programs and incentives).
• Strong process mapping skills using Visio, Lucidchart or Miro; BPMN familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Document the end-to-end partner process landscape and build a process inventory.
• Define and document current-state policy, process and system flows with RACI and hand-offs.
• Establish process standards, governance and a central process library.
• Drive process improvement by identifying gaps and opportunities for automation, including AI use cases.
