Job summary

Everpure is seeking a Director, Partner Experience to own strategy, processes and execution that increase partner self-sufficiency and reduce cost-to-serve. You will lead end-to-end partner autonomy, data governance and change management, influencing field and technology teams to deliver measurable improvements.

You will oversee partner-facing platforms, define business requirements, and drive adoption across GPO and GSO, with governance and data quality at the core.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in channel, partner experience, partner operations, digital transformation or go-to-market roles within a B2B technology company.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the partner autonomy strategy and set vision, roadmaps and KPIs.
• Define business requirements for partner-facing platforms and translate them into system requirements.
• Own partner data health and governance including standards and remediation.
• Lead change management across GPO and GSO, coordinating with PMO and IT teams.
• Act as Everpure’s executive voice to partners and lead advisory councils.
