Everpure, Inc. is seeking an HR Business Process Excellence Leader to architect a scalable HR operating foundation before processes run at scale.

You will define end-to-end standards, build continuous-improvement capability across HR COEs, and create playbooks for M&A integrations and global expansions. Qualificações

• Proven track record leading end-to-end process redesigns with measurable impact.
• Deep expertise in Lean Six Sigma, design thinking, journey mapping, and quantitative analytics.
• Experience coaching multi-disciplinary HR or operations teams in continuous improvement.
• Strong cross-functional leadership with governance and senior leadership alignment.
• Hands-on M&A diligence and HR process harmonization or new entity expansion playbooks.

Responsabilidades

• Define End-to-End Process Standards: Architect cross-functional HR workflows, SOPs, RACI, and governance standards.
• Embed Human-Centered Process Design: Map employee journeys, conduct stakeholder research, prototype solutions.
• Drive Organization-Wide Capability Building: Create coaching paths, playbooks, and self-service toolkits.
• Govern Cross-Functional HR Change: Set guardrails, review criteria, and sign-off protocols.
• Scale M&A and Global Expansion Playbooks: Lead due diligence, harmonization, and audit readiness.
