Job summary

Everpure, Inc. in Santa Clara, CA seeks a hands-on Business Process Manager to own the partner ecosystem processes. You will capture how work is done today, create a trusted source of truth, and drive standardization, improvement and automation across partner operations.

You’ll partner with GPO, Partner Operations, Finance, Legal and IT to document current-state flows, define RACI, and establish governance. Experience in BPMN, Visio, Salesforce and CPQ is valued.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in business process management, operations or consulting.
• Proven ability to document complex, cross-functional processes from scratch.
• Experience with partner or channel operations (onboarding, deal registration, quoting).
• Strong BPMN or similar notation and process mapping skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into IT/system requirements.

Responsibilities

• Document end-to-end partner process landscape and build a process library.
• Define standards, governance, templates and naming conventions for maps and SOPs.
• Collaborate with Process Owners, GPO, and IT to capture current-state workflows.
• Identify gaps and opportunities for automation, including AI use cases.
• Lead process improvement to reduce friction and complicance risk.
• Support policy, control requirements and post-launch process reviews.
