Qualifications

• One to two years related experience in a customer service role.
• High School Graduate or GED preferred.

• Primary language used to perform this job is English.

Responsibilities

• Login to phone queue during scheduled hours to support ISG Partners' customers and Fulfillment partners.
• Monitor daily work orders to ensure scheduling, status updates and timely completions.
• Identify coverage issues by reviewing pending work orders and data.
• Develop and maintain relationships with partners and customers.
• Provide coaching, training and problem solving to dealer partners.
• Report issues to management and support process improvements.
