Job summary

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred.
• One to two years of related customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word; experience with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage phone and email queue during scheduled work hours to ensure OSS team provides support to CS customers and Fulfillment partners.
• Monitor daily service orders activities to ensure OSS team schedules work orders, updates status, and completes orders on time.
• Review and analyze pending work orders to identify coverage issues and provide coaching where needed.
• Train OSS team to have knowledge of CS partners and their day-to-day needs for work orders.
• Operate as the first point of escalation for day-to-day operations for the fulfillment network and OSS team.
• Build and maintain strong partner relationships with regional managers and PerfectVision customers.
• Continuously measure OSS performance metrics and support OSS development.
• Enforce program requirements through communication and process improvements.
