Job summary

Corpay is seeking a Partner Relationship Director for its North American Partner division. This remote role focuses on leading operational initiatives across internal teams and partner stakeholders, reporting progress to the Senior VP & GM North America Partners.

The candidate will guide execution, monitor results, and drive growth while collaborating with sales, product, IT, and marketing. The role requires 3–5 years of change leadership, strong analytical and Excel / PowerPoint skills, and

Qualifications

• College Degree with emphasis in Marketing (or equivalent experience)
• 3-5 years of proven experience leading operational change/improvement
• Ability to learn and navigate proprietary software
• Analytical and mathematical skills
• Excellent Excel skills; experience with PowerPoint and Outlook
• Partner-focused; able to lead and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with strong teamwork
• Flexible, disciplined with strong verbal communication and presentation skills
• Travel required (~25%)

Responsibilities

• Interface with internal partners and North America Partner clients to identify and lead resolution on key initiatives and report results.
• Monitor, track results and perform system audits to strive for flawless execution.
• Collaborate with Partner clients and communicate progress on key initiatives.
• Proactively analyze data and troubleshoot opportunities for growth.
• Prepare summary reporting for senior management.
• Perform special projects as assigned
