Job summary

Corpay is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruitment for complex roles, acting as a strategic advisor to business leaders. You will develop and execute strategies, build talent pipelines, and provide workforce market intelligence to influence hiring decisions.

You will partner with Senior Director, Talent Acquisition and collaborate with HR, Compensation, and Finance to support organizational growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum of 5+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience across professional, technical, leadership, or high-volume hiring.
2+ years of Agency recruiting experience required.
Proven success recruiting for complex and difficult-to-fill positions across multiple business functions.
Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing hiring decisions through consultative practices.
Advanced sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Smart Sourcing, Boolean search, and ATS.
Experience building talent pipelines and workforce sourcing strategies for future needs.
Strong analytical skills with recruiting metrics and market intelligence.

Responsibilities

Managing full-cycle recruitment for high-volume and early career positions with exceptional hiring outcomes.
Developing and executing comprehensive recruiting strategies aligned with business objectives and workforce plans.
Building proactive talent pipelines through advanced sourcing techniques, networking, referrals, and market research.
Partnering with business leaders to understand organizational goals, workforce needs, and hiring priorities.
Advising hiring managers on recruiting strategies, labor market trends, and compensation considerations.
Leading intake meetings to establish strategies, candidate profiles, and interview plans.
Screening, assessing, and interviewing candidates using structured, competency-based methods.
Facilitating interview calibration sessions and making data-driven recommendations.
