Job summary

Corpay is seeking a remote Partner Relationship Director within the North American Partners Group to drive operational execution across the North American Fuel line. You will collaborate with internal teams and partner stakeholders, monitor progress, and report outcomes to leadership.

Travel about 25% is required, with a focus on delivering results and fostering strong partnerships. The role supports SVP & General Manager North America Partners and includes a home-office setup and internet

Qualifications

• College degree with emphasis in Marketing or experience may substitute.
• 3–5 years leading operational change/improvement.
• Ability to learn and navigate proprietary software.
• Analytical and mathematical skills.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook proficiency.
• Partner-focused with ability to lead and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented and team-oriented.
• Flexible, disciplined with strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Travel required (approximately 25%).

Responsibilities

• Interface with internal partners and North America Partner clients to identify and lead initiatives and report results.
• Monitor results and perform system audits to drive flawless execution.
• Collaborate with Partner clients and communicate progress on key initiatives.
• Proactively analyze data and troubleshoot opportunities for growth.
• Prepare summary reporting for senior management.
• Perform special projects as assigned.
