Job summary

Tetr is seeking a dynamic University Partnership Manager to build and expand strategic partnerships with universities and higher education institutions worldwide. You will drive institutional collaborations, identify opportunities, and oversee onboarding and execution to align with growth goals.

The role requires strong networking, negotiation, and project management skills, willingness to travel internationally, and a proven record in EdTech or higher education partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in University Partnerships, Institutional Sales, Business Development, Higher Education, or Strategic Alliances.
• Strong network within universities, colleges, and educational institutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven track record of building and managing strategic partnerships.
• Ability to travel as required for partner meetings and institutional engagements.
• Experience in the EdTech or Higher Education industry.

Responsibilities

• Identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships with universities and educational institutions across India and internationally.
• Building and nurturing long-term relationships with university leadership, faculty members, placement cells, and administrative stakeholders.
• Leading end-to-end partnership discussions, negotiations, and onboarding of partner institutions.
• Collaborating with internal teams including Admissions, Marketing, Operations, and Academic teams to ensure successful execution of partnership initiatives.
• Developing customized partnership proposals, presentations, and business cases.
• Tracking partnership performance through defined KPIs and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.
• Representing the organization at university events, conferences, seminars, and networking forums.
• Conducting market research to identify new collaboration opportunities and emerging trends in higher education.
• Ensuring timely execution of partnership agreements and maintain proper documentation.
• Preparing regular reports on partnership pipeline, closures, revenue contribution, and stakeholder engagement.
