Expedia Group is seeking a Senior Partner Marketing Specialist focused on onboarding for Vrbo partners. You will own onboarding marketing strategy and drive conversion from account creation to live listings, partnering with cross-functional teams to remove barriers and accelerate listings.

You will design engaging email journeys, craft compelling briefs from partner insights, and monitor performance dashboards to report results and optimize ROI across paid media investments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing experience as a hands-on campaign owner.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Analytical and experiment-oriented; uses data to measure incrementality and inform decisions.
• Strong communicator translating partner solutions into motivating messages.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding marketing strategy and execution for Vrbo partner accounts to increase live listings.
• Develop briefs from partner research, turning onboarding barriers into messaging and creative.
• Build and optimize email journeys that activate and nurture leads to listing completion.
• Test and optimize marketing outreach, messaging, sequencing, and new channels.
• Collaborate with Programs team to design campaigns with incentives for faster listing completion.
• Partner with internal teams to translate onboarding insights into scalable marketing improvements.
• Define and monitor performance dashboards and share results and recommendations.
