Job summary

Expedia Group is seeking an Onboarding & Maintenance Specialist in Seattle to onboard new partners and convert existing ones. You will enable product features like roomtypes, rate plans, and property content, and coordinate merchandising campaigns with commercial teams.

Strong data and project-management skills are essential. You will track KPIs, communicate updates to partners and internal teams, and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal partner performance during onboarding and product

Qualifications

• Experience in implementation management or client services project management.
• Strong Excel and data handling skills; SQL experience preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce, Outlook, Slack, and JIRA.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to work with international teams.
• Strong problem solving, organization, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Onboard net new connected partners and partner conversions.
• Enable products for existing partners, including creating/modifying roomtypes, rate plans, property settings and content.
• Load new merchandising campaigns with commercial teams.
• Track and provide data on key performance indicators, including timelines and handle times.
• Communicate updates with partners and internal stakeholders across teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot problems affecting partners and ensure optimal account performance during onboarding and product enablement.
• Develop processes to provide quick yet thorough responses to internal and external partners, maintaining feedback loops and voice of the partner.
• Participate in initiatives related to Expedia Group goals, empowering partners to leverage EG tools and capabilities.
