Job summary

Expedia Group is seeking an Onboarding & Maintenance Specialist for the Hotel Partner Solutions team in Seattle. You will onboard new partners, enable product settings, and coordinate merchandising campaigns.

Responsibilities include tracking KPIs, communicating updates, and collaborating across internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and optimal partner performance. Excellent data skills and partner-facing experience are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in implementation management, client services project management, or engagement management or similar, in a partner-facing role.
• Strong experience with Excel and data handling; SQL queries preferred but not required.
• Experience with Salesforce, Outlook, Slack, and issue-tracking software (JIRA, etc.).
• Experience with XML and JSON preferred but not required.
• Strong written and spoken communication; ability to work with diverse, international teams.
• Solid problem solving, analytical, and project-management skills.
• Ability to learn new software and processes quickly.
• Experience reporting results and adjusting procedures to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Onboard net new connected partners and partner conversions.
• Enable products for existing partners including room types, rate plans, and property settings.
• Load merchandising campaigns with commercial teams.
• Track key performance indicators and response times for partners.
• Communicate updates with partners and internal stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot issues with internal teams to ensure account performance.
• Develop processes to provide quick, thorough partner responses and feedback loops.
• Support initiatives empowering partners to use EG tools and capabilities.
