Responsibilities

• Own onboarding marketing strategy and execution to move Vrbo partners from account creation to a live listing.
• Develop creative briefs using partner research to craft messaging and visuals that drive action.
• Build and optimize email journeys to activate leads and improve listing completion.
• Test and optimize outreach, messaging, sequencing, and new channels.
• Collaborate with Programs to design campaigns with incentives to accelerate listing activation.
• Partner with internal teams to identify onboarding friction and translate insights into scalable improvements.
