You will design and activate campaigns that move partners from account creation to a live listing, using data-driven strategies and cross-functional collaboration to maximize ROI.

The role focuses on developing messaging, email journeys, and campaigns, with performance dashboards and regular insights shared with stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years marketing experience as a hands-on campaign owner.
• Able to work independently in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.
• Analytical and experiment-oriented; use data to identify opportunities and measure incrementality.
• Strong communicator who translates partner solutions into clear, motivating messaging.
• Proactively collaborates across teams to deliver shared outcomes.
• Curious about customer behavior and barriers to key actions.
• Detail-oriented with operational discipline across campaigns, QA, measurement and optimization.

Aufgaben

• Own onboarding marketing strategy and execution for new Vrbo partner accounts to improve live listing conversion.
• Develop strong creative briefs informed by partner research and insights.
• Build and optimize email journeys to activate and nurture leads to listing completion.
• Test and optimize marketing outreach including messaging, sequencing, and new channels.
• Collaborate with Programs to design campaigns with incentives to accelerate listing completion.
• Partner with internal teams to translate onboarding friction into scalable marketing improvements.
• Define and monitor performance dashboards and regularly report results and recommendations to stakeholders.
