Qualifications

• 4+ years in partner ops, operations, PM, or related fintech field
• Experience building scalable operational workflows and playbooks
• Strong program management skills with ability to manage dependencies, risks, and priorities
• Ownership mindset and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience supporting audits, regulatory examinations, or third-party oversight

Responsibilities

• Build and continuously improve scalable operating workflows for partner onboarding, launches, marketing changes, product enhancements, compliance reviews, and ongoing partner management
• Partner with internal team on cross-functional delivery plans from concept through execution, managing milestones and launches
• Coordinate regulatory examinations, audits, compliance reviews, and internal control activities
• Create and maintain a reliable source of truth for partner agreements, contacts, product configurations, and operating procedures
• Monitor partner and business performance and translate findings into actions and recommendations
• Lead recurring operating cadences and develop executive updates on performance and priorities
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes using AI and automation
• Contribute to operational responses to urgent partner issues and special initiatives
