Qualifications

• 4+ years of product marketing experience or equivalent.
• Experience in financial services, banking, lending, or fintech with regulatory awareness.
• Experience taking products from concept to launch in fast-moving environments.
• Strong analytical and customer research skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop product positioning, messaging, value propositions, and segmentation strategies to drive growth and engagement.
• Take new products from 0 to 1 with market sizing, go-to-market, and launch.
• Partner with Analytics to define success metrics and track post-launch performance.
• Plan and execute paid and lifecycle marketing campaigns to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Collaborate with Business, Product, Analytics, Research, Compliance, Legal, and Marketing to bring customer-informed strategies to market.
• Translate insights, trends, and competitive intelligence into actionable recommendations.
