Job summary

Lead Bank is seeking an Associate Program Manager to oversee the partner lifecycle for fintech Banking-as-a-Service and Payments partnerships. You will report to a Senior Program Manager and coordinate between external partners and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, ongoing management, and issue resolution.

You will manage meetings, track deliverables, and provide regular status updates, while maintaining rigorous governance, and driving successful outcomes in a dynamic, high-autonomy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of project or program management experience.
• Experience in financial services a plus.
• Familiarity with program/project management tools (Asana, GSuite, Confluence) or ability to learn quickly.
• Strong troubleshooting, process implementation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and coordinate work with others.
• Customer-focused mindset and high attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire lifecycle of relationships with fintech strategic partnerships, onboarding, monitoring, and offboarding under Senior Program Managers guidance.
• Serve as the primary liaison between external partners and internal teams.
• Lead and coordinate meetings, capture notes, manage deliverables and action items, track progress.
• Track onboarding and ongoing program activities, including open requests and scheduling.
• Assist partners with training and issue resolution related to Lead's workspace tools.
• Maintain content governance and change control across materials.
