Job summary

Pathward is seeking a Partner Operations Manager to collaborate with partners and key internal stakeholders to design and implement financial products and services while maintaining compliant oversight.

You will serve as the primary day-to-day contact for partner inquiries, manage complex portfolios, and help exceed service level agreements, leveraging payments industry knowledge and strong communication across levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.
• Typically, 3+ years with bachelor's or equivalent.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities with diverse partners.

Responsibilities

• Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with partners in the BaaS services sector.
• Communicates partner issues and informs partner executive teams.
• Acts as the primary day-to-day contact for partner inquiries and service requests.
