Job summary

Lead Bank's PMO Team is seeking an Associate Program Manager to oversee partner relationships and deliver an outstanding client experience across Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) and Payments partnerships. You will report to a Senior Program Manager and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and timely project milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of project or program management experience.
• Experience in financial services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire lifecycle of relationships with Lead's fintech partnerships, including onboarding and ongoing monitoring.
• Serve as the primary point-of-contact between external partners and internal teams.
• Lead and coordinate partnership meetings, taking notes and tracking deliverables and action items.
• Manage onboarding and ongoing program activities, open requests, and scheduling.
• Assist partners with training and troubleshooting related to Lead's workspace tools and processes.
• Develop and maintain partnership metrics and reporting.
• Provide regular project status updates to team members, clients, and senior management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
