Job summary

Dark Matter Technologies is seeking a Product Manager for Partner Integrations to define, prioritize, and deliver integrations across the Empower and Exchange platforms.

You will own the lifecycle from intake and strategy through roadmap execution and implementation enablement, collaborating with partners, clients, and internal teams to ensure scalable, compliant integrations that drive platform adoption and client value.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Product Management, Business Analysis, Product Ownership, Integration Management or related experience.
• Experience managing software products, APIs, SaaS platforms or third‑party integrations.
• Demonstrated experience translating business requirements into product requirements and executable development work.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and complex stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap execution for assigned partner integrations across Empower and Exchange.
• Gather and document business requirements through collaboration with partners, clients, implementation teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Author Epics, Features, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and supporting documentation.
• Facilitate functional reviews, backlog refinement sessions, sprint planning and stakeholder reviews.
• Prioritize work to maximize business value while balancing technical dependencies and resource constraints.
• Support development and quality assurance teams throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
