  • Evaluate market, customer, partner, and internal business needs to define priorities and investment areas.
  • Develop business cases, requirements, and success metrics for new integration opportunities.
  • Align roadmap priorities with company objectives, client demand, revenue opportunities, operational efficiency, and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with leadership to communicate roadmap status, risks, dependencies, and strategic recommendations.
Product Ownership & Delivery
  • Serve as Product Owner for assigned integrations and enhancement initiatives.
  • Gather and document business requirements through collaboration with partners, clients, implementation teams, and internal stakeholders.

  • Facilitate functional reviews, backlog refinement sessions, sprint planning and stakeholder reviews.
  • Prioritize work to maximize business value while balancing technical dependencies and resource constraints.
  • Support development and quality assurance teams throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
Partner & Vendor Management
  • Serve as the primary product contact for assigned integration partners.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with vendors, strategic partners and third‑party service providers.
  • Collaborate with partners on requirements, certification efforts, enhancements, API changes, regulatory updates and product roadmaps.
  • Coordinate partner onboarding activities and ensure readiness for implementation and support teams.
  • Lead discussions related to new partner opportunities, product capabilities and integration feasibility.
Integration & Platform Management
  • Define scalable integration requirements and reusable implementation patterns.
  • Support governance and productization of integration configurations across Empower and Exchange.
  • Ensure integration solutions are designed for repeatability, maintainability and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with architecture and engineering teams to improve platform capabilities, APIs, security and integration frameworks.
  • Drive reduction of custom solutions through standardization and reusable product capabilities.
Client & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Client Success, Professional Services, Support, Sales and Strategic Partnerships teams to understand customer needs and delivery priorities.
  • Assist with client escalations requiring product analysis and direction.
  • Support implementation teams with integration guidance, configuration requirements and product expertise.
  • Present product updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to client‑facing documentation, implementation guides, release communications and enablement materials.
Operational Excellence
  • Monitor integration adoption, usage, quality and performance metrics.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce implementation effort, improve onboarding efficiency and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Maintain visibility into backlog health, project status, risks and dependencies.
  • Support continuous process improvement initiatives across product management and implementation functions.
  • Ensure work is appropriately documented, tracked and managed through the organization’s product delivery processes.
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of Product Management, Business Analysis, Product Ownership, Integration Management or related experience.
  • Experience managing software products, APIs, SaaS platforms or third‑party integrations.
  • Demonstrated experience translating business requirements into product requirements and executable development work.
