Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a Partner Operations Manager to drive operational excellence across the Genius partner ecosystem, with a focus on migrations, onboarding, testing, and launch of integrations. You will coordinate multi-team efforts to ensure scalable, high-quality partner experiences.

You will partner with product, engineering, implementation, support, legal, and marketing to govern integration programs and drive continuous improvements in efficiency and partner satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in partner operations, technical program management, product operations, implementation management, integration management, or related functions.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional technology initiatives.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead partner migration programs from existing integration methods to new platform capabilities, APIs, certification frameworks, and architectural standards.
• Develop migration plans, timelines, dependencies, risk assessments, and communication plans.
• Coordinate partner readiness activities including onboarding, testing, certification, launch prep, and cutover planning.
• Maintain a centralized view of active integrations, migrations, certifications, launches, and initiatives.
