Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a Partner Operations Manager to drive operational excellence across our Genius partner ecosystem. You will lead migrations, coordinate readiness activities, and establish governance across integrations to ensure scalable, high-quality delivery.

You will collaborate with Partnerships, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Support to accelerate integration delivery while maintaining partner satisfaction and compliance. This is a hybrid role based in the US.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in partner operations or related roles.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional technology initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, software integrations, and SaaS platforms.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
• Experience with Salesforce and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead partner migration programs from existing integration methods to new platform capabilities.
• Develop migration plans including timelines, dependencies, and risk assessments.
• Coordinate partner readiness activities: onboarding, testing, launch prep, and cutover.
• Manage migration governance with clear milestones, deliverables, and escalations.
• Drive adoption of new integration standards with minimal partner disruption.
• Own day-to-day operational management of the partner integration portfolio.
• Establish repeatable processes for onboarding, implementation, certification, launch, and support.
• Build executive dashboards and KPIs for leadership reviews.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support, and Partnerships on roadmap visibility.
