Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a Partner Operations Manager to drive operational excellence across the Genius partner ecosystem. You will oversee large-scale partner migration initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure smooth onboarding, testing, launch, and ongoing support of integrations.

You will lead governance, standardize processes, and build metrics to track success. The role emphasizes automation, scalability, and continuous improvement within a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in partner operations or related roles.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional tech initiatives.
• Strong understanding of APIs and SaaS integrations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead partner migration programs to new platform capabilities, APIs, certification frameworks, and architectural standards.
• Develop migration plans, timelines, dependencies, risk assessments, and communication plans.
• Coordinate partner readiness activities including onboarding, testing, certification, and launch preparation.
• Manage migration governance with defined milestones, risks, and escalation paths.
• Drive adoption of new integration standards while minimizing disruption to partners and customers.
• Own day-to-day operational management of the partner integration portfolio.
• Establish repeatable processes for onboarding, implementation, certification, launch, support, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with the Director of Technical Partnerships to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Maintain visibility into partner implementation status and operational performance.
• Coordinate resolution of integration issues requiring cross-functional alignment.
• Maintain a centralized view of all active integrations, migrations, and initiatives.
• Create executive dashboards and KPIs for leadership reviews.
• Monitor risks, dependencies, and delivery commitments.
• Facilitate operating reviews with Product, Engineering, Support, and Partnerships.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and commercial teams on integration dependencies.
• Define and maintain integration lifecycle standards and governance models.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive improvements to accelerate onboarding and migration.
