Job summary

DriveWealth is seeking a technical business analyst to own partner integrations end-to-end—from contract signature to live, revenue-generating launches. You will plan, document, and communicate delivery milestones, dependencies, and risks, ensuring nothing agreed in sales is lost and nothing undeliverable is inherited.

You’ll partner with Solutions Engineers to map workflows across onboarding, KYC, funding, order routing, and reporting; own the requirements, data mappings, and field-level specs;

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business analysis, implementation, or client delivery in financial services or B2B fintech.
• Proven end-to-end integration delivery with external clients.
• Ability to read APIs and map requirements to endpoints and fields.
• Strong documentation and artifact quality expectations.
• Experience with securities lifecycle and regulatory environments.
• Comfort with senior stakeholder discussions, dates, and trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end partner integrations from pre-sales handoff to launch.
• Lead discovery with the Solutions Engineer and own data mappings.
• Create and maintain workflow maps, configuration decisions, and logs.
• Manage cadence, blockers, and risk across Engineering, Product, Operations, Compliance.
• Coordinate UAT and build the evidence pack for launch readiness.
• Present delivery status to leadership and surface timelines and risks.
• Post-launch stabilization and handover to Client Operations, handle changes.
