Job summary

DriveWealth is seeking a senior business analyst to own external client integrations end-to-end, from planning to launch. You will coordinate requirements, data mappings, and documentation while managing senior partner relationships and driving delivery cadence.

As a technical business analyst, you will read API specs, work with OpenAPI, and ensure clear, reusable documentation. This role offers strong remote flexibility within the U.S.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business analysis or client delivery in financial services or fintech.
• Experience delivering external client integrations end-to-end.
• Ability to read OpenAPI specs, follow Postman collections, and reference endpoints.
• Strong documentation craftsmanship and artifacts.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Delivery end to end — plan milestones, dependencies, go-live and handover.
• Lead discovery with Solutions Engineer; own requirements, mappings, and specs.
• Document workflow maps, decisions, and actions for repeatability.
• Manage blockers across Engineering, Product, Client Ops, Compliance, and partner.
• Coordinate UAT and assemble evidence packs to show readiness.
• Communicate risk and timeline to leadership with clear trade-offs.
• Advocate for partners and feed feedback into Product and pre-sales.
• Oversee post-launch stabilization and future change delivery.
