Job summary

Airwallex is seeking an experienced Solutions Engineer to collaborate with startups, founders, and strategic partners. You will blend hands-on integration work with demo engineering to build polished reference implementations while co-creating integrations that accelerate partner adoption.

Qualifications

5+ years in a technical, partner- or customer-facing engineering role.
Strong hands-on ability to build integrations and demos.
Proven track record delivering complex technical work quickly.
Ability to turn one-off work into scalable playbooks or templates.
Comfort with ambiguity and driving outcomes with limited structure.
Effective communication and technical credibility to influence stakeholders.
Experience with startups or external ecosystems preferred.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver working integrations and demos for startups, founders, and partners on tight timelines.
Build polished reference implementations independently and with external teams.
Serve as a technical lead for external builder engagements and advise on architecture.
Identify patterns across partner integrations and create reusable playbooks and templates.
Gather feedback and influence product and engineering priorities based on partner work.
Help define team processes and raise execution quality in partner projects.
