Job summary

Klarna in San Francisco is seeking a Delivery Manager to oversee partner implementations of Klarna’s products. You will work hands-on across the implementation lifecycle, from scoping and solution alignment through go-live and beyond, directly supporting multiple concurrent integrations.

You will troubleshoot technical issues, guide partners through APIs and payment processing, and leverage AI tools to drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical program or delivery management or complex integration delivery in payments/fintech.
• Ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder integration projects with a structured approach.
• Strong understanding of integrations, APIs, and system architectures.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, shop systems, or payment solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• High level of ownership and proactive prioritization.

• Ensure partners have a seamless, high-quality experience when implementing Klarna’s products.
• Work hands-on across the implementation lifecycle from scoping to go-live and beyond.
