Job summary

You will work with the largest merchants globally, applying API and front-end integration skills, and you will partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to deliver exceptional customer experiences and successful deployments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience integrating and/or providing technical consultation when integrating with Web APIs.
• Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies and understand complex systems (APIs, databases, SDKs).
• Experience with distributed systems, database design and systems architecture.
• Excellent communication skills; comfortable leading meetings with high level decision makers.
• Empathetic to customer and end-user needs, translating business requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Create scalable merchant integrations using APIs and payment best practices.
• Act as consultative partner in verticals such as e-commerce and POS, guiding merchants through integration processes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Managers, Product and Engineering to deliver seamless experiences.
• Oversee high-quality project delivery and ensure the technical integrity of merchant integrations.
• Advise on optimizing payment solutions, checkout experiences, authentication, omni-channel payments, and onboarding.
