Job summary

Relativity is seeking an experienced Partner GTM Enablement & Content Specialist to build and maintain the enablement content ecosystem for our partner network. You will curate learning content, sales resources, and go-to-market assets to help partners position and sell Relativity solutions effectively.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in enablement, training, learning design or content development.
• Experience designing scalable learning content and GTM enablement for external audiences.
• Ability to scope, plan, and execute end-to-end enablement projects.
• Hands-on with content authoring tools (Articulate/Adobe) and platforms (LMS/PRM).
• Strong ownership, detail orientation, and multi-project management.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop partner enablement courses and learning journeys.
• Create and maintain partner-facing content across platforms.
• Develop GTM enablement resources including sales collateral and best practices.
• Manage the Partner Portal asset library for a governed content experience.
• Plan enablement content development for onboarding, launches, and ongoing initiatives.
• Ensure content governance and accuracy across all partner-facing materials.
• Incorporate partner feedback to continuously improve learning experiences.
