Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Partner GTM Enablement & Content Specialist to build and maintain the partner enablement content ecosystem, including learning journeys, sales resources, and co-branded assets.

You will collaborate with the Partner Enablement Program Manager to deliver onboarding, product launches, and ongoing learning experiences that help partners position, sell, and support Relativity's solutions effectively.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in enablement, training, learning design, or content development.
• Experience designing scalable learning content and go-to-market enablement resources for external audiences.
• Proven ability to scope, plan, and execute end-to-end enablement projects, from concept to launch and ongoing optimization.
• Hands-on experience with content authoring tools such as Articulate or Adobe, plus enablement platforms including an LMS, PRM, or similar.
• Strong sense of ownership and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep expertise in modern instructional design and content development for go-to-market teams and external audiences.
• Excellent communicator, able to simplify complex concepts and work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop partner enablement courses, learning journeys, and go-to-market content for external audiences.
• Create and maintain partner-facing content across platforms, including Partner Portal and Partner Learning Journey.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance go-to-market enablement resources—sales collateral, co-brandable assets, best practices.
• Manage Partner Portal asset library with a well-organized content experience for partners.
• Plan and execute enablement content development for onboarding programs, product launches, and ongoing initiatives.
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and governance across all partner-facing content and platforms.
• Use partner feedback and engagement data to improve learning content and experiences.
