Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Partner GTM Enablement & Content Specialist to build and maintain the enablement content ecosystem that helps partners bring Relativity solutions to market. Qualifications

• 6+ years in enablement, training, learning design, or content development.
• Experience designing scalable learning content and GTM enablement for external audiences.
• Experience scoping, planning, and executing end-to-end enablement projects.
• Hands-on with content authoring tools such as Articulate or Adobe; experience with LMS/PRM platforms.
• Strong ownership, detail orientation, and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Deep expertise in modern instructional design and scalable learning experiences.
• Excellent communicator with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop partner enablement courses and go-to-market content.
• Create and maintain partner-facing content across the Partner Portal and learning journeys.
• Develop GTM enablement resources including sales collateral and best practices.
• Manage the Partner Portal asset library with organized governance.
• Plan and execute enablement content for onboarding, product launches, and ongoing initiatives.
• Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and governance across platforms.
• Use feedback and engagement data to continuously improve content and experiences.
