Qualifications

• 2+ years in Partnership Management or Business Development in financial services.
• Proven sales and business development track record in a competitive market.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Identify, acquire, and onboard new partners while nurturing existing relationships.
• Serve as primary partner contact, addressing needs and resolving issues.
• Ensure partners comply with regulatory and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing/events to develop market development strategies.
• Represent the company at industry events; travel may be required.
• Retain partners and provide strategic support to grow their business.
• Meet and exceed KPIs focused on driving growth.
