Job summary

AssetWatch is seeking a strategic Partnerships Manager to drive ecosystem-led growth and revenue acceleration. Located in the United States, the role focuses on building and expanding our partner ecosystem in Mexico while coordinating with sales, marketing, product, and customer success.

The position requires up to 50% travel, including regular trips to Mexico, and offers a remote-first environment with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in partnerships, strategic alliances, or ecosystem development.
• Proven success selling and building partnerships in Mexico.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%, including regular travel to Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Enable GTM teams to execute partner-driven revenue motions.
• Partner with sales in pipeline reviews and account planning.
• Develop joint business plans with revenue targets and KPIs.
• Grow partnerships in Mexico and spend in-market with partners.
• Drive initiatives to increase pipeline and improve adoption via partnerships.
