Job summary

Cover Genius is seeking an Associate Partner Growth Manager to propel partner growth and operational excellence across accounts. In Year 1, you’ll balance workflow coordination with partner-facing support to scale existing portfolios, learning our processes before independently owning portfolios in Year 2.

You will collaborate with Client Solution Engineers, Account Managers, Designers, and Product, coordinating internal teams to hit growth targets and optimize conversions and pricing strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on mindset to master operational details and execution before owning accounts.
• Strong communication and relationship-building traits for trusted advisory status.
• Experience in high-growth B2C environments across Operations, Data Analytics, Product, Design, or Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize cross-team operational tasks, internal coordination, execution, product ideation, and follow-ups.
• Support business operations across high-impact accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support project completion and partner growth goals.
• Design, execute, and measure conversion and price optimization experiments.
• Monitor data adoption, trends, and assist with forecasting and reporting.
