Siemens is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead the Digital Power Certified Provider Program, expanding the network of Siemens-certified providers across North America, including OEMs and system integrators.

The role requires strategic leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a proven track record in partner programs and business development within electrical infrastructure.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of equivalent experience in engineering, business, marketing or related fields.
• 5+ years in business development, channel management, partner programs, electrical infrastructure, or technical solution sales.
• Experience building partner ecosystems, certification programs, or cross-functional alliances preferred.
• Strong understanding of low-voltage power distribution systems and electrical infrastructure.
• Ability to travel up to 40% and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the strategy for the Siemens Digital Power Certified Provider Program.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop new Certified Providers throughout North America.
• Drive revenue growth through certified providers by increasing adoption of Power Manager software and metering solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, and Support to build a scalable partner ecosystem.
• Represent Siemens at industry events and build awareness of the program.
