Siemens is seeking aSenior Business Development Manager for Software & Digital Services to identify, activate, and grow digital opportunities across designated markets. This remote role requires living in the central territory and traveling up to 50% to engage with economic buyers, facilities leaders, and sustainability officers.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, technology, marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business development, industry sales, digital sales, or a comparable customer-facing role in a complex environment.
• CRM discipline and a data-driven approach to market and pipeline management.
• Ability to translate customer needs into credible digital opportunity and value positioning.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time within the assigned market and nationally.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship and reside in the central territory (ND, SD, NE, KS, OK, TX, MN, IA, MO, AR, WI, MI, IN, IL).

• Develop deep expertise in assigned industry segments and the digital needs of customers.
• Identify and map installed-base accounts with inactivated digital opportunities.
• Build relationships with economic buyers, facilities leaders, sustainability officers, and other stakeholders to drive demand.
• Own area-sourced pipeline creation with pipeline coverage aligned to digital targets.
• Identify, qualify, and advance net-new digital opportunities across markets and accounts.
• Coordinate early-stage opportunity development and handoffs to field sellers.
