Job summary

Fetch Package, Inc. is hiring a Manager of Partner Experience & Onboarding to own how Fetch attracts, onboards, and retains service partners globally, across delivery and valet trash.

You will shape sourcing, onboarding workflow, and partner experience from first contact through ongoing blocks. Lead a team, optimize funnel metrics, drive multi-channel recruitment, and partner with Operations to address coverage risks.

Qualifications

• Experience owning end-to-end partner onboarding and recruitment workflows (onboarding, screening, and activation).
• Ability to design sourcing strategies localized by market to balance application volume with capacity.
• Proven track record managing multi-market partner networks and improving retention.
• Strong analytical skills to optimize funnel metrics, conversion, and time-to-first-block.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration with Operations and Product to drive outcomes.
• Experience leading and developing a team of specialists and managers.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end sourcing strategy for Service Partners: where we list, spend, and localize by market.
• Own metrics for a healthy funnel: application volume, conversion, cost per applicant, activation, time to first block.
• Maintain sustained fill rates and partner with Operations to mitigate coverage risk.
• Lead onboarding and recruitment workflows end-to-end, optimizing efficiency and screening friction.
• Oversee partner experience from application to first block and ongoing work, ensuring pay transparency and responsive support.
• Collaborate with Operations to diagnose issues, develop recovery plans, and drive durable fixes.
• Provide leadership to the team, setting priorities and expanding the function’s impact.
