Job summary

Fetch is seeking a Senior Product Manager to build the operational backbone of our community services platform. This role focuses on under-the-roof operations and service partner experience, powering Fetch’s Package, Market, Storage, and Trash services as we expand new verticals nationwide.

You’ll own critical internal and service partner-facing experiences that enable our operations teams to move faster, operate more efficiently, and deliver a high-quality customer experience at scale.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience.
• Experience owning complex internal or operational products.
• Strong ability to work autonomously and cross-functionally.
• Demonstrated success driving data-informed decision making.
• Comfortable with data analysis to inform direction.
• Ability to break down ambiguous problems into clear plans.
• Experience prioritizing roadmaps with company goals and constraints.
• Familiarity with agile methods and modern discovery techniques.
• Passion for building cool products.
• Humility and collaborative decision making.
• Humor and adaptability in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product development for core operational workflows.
• Act as primary product partner to Central Operations and Service Partner Ops leadership.
• Develop deep subject matter expertise via research and data analysis.
• Identify high-leverage opportunities aligned with roadmaps.
• Lead discovery and delivery from ideation to launch with measurable outcomes.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, and Operations to deliver sound, user-centered solutions.
• Use data to inform prioritization and post-launch impact analysis.
• Improve operational tooling and workflows as new markets are added.
