Job summary

Fetch is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to build and scale the operational backbone of our community services platform. You will own internal operator and service partner experiences across packages, markets, and verticals, delivering fast, scalable outcomes.

The role partners with Engineering, Design, Data, and Operations to drive measurable impact, supported by an autonomous, collaborative team that values data-informed decisions and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience
• Proven experience owning complex internal or operational products
• Strong ability to work autonomously and cross-functionally
• Data-informed decision making including experimentation and hypothesis testing
• Hands-on with data and ad-hoc analysis to inform product direction
• Ability to break down ambiguous problems into clear, actionable product plans
• Experience prioritizing roadmaps in context of goals, constraints, and realities
• Familiarity with agile development and modern product discovery
• Passion for building great products
• Humility and willingness to learn from others
• Humor and adaptability in a collaborative environment

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product development for core operational and service partner workflows.
• Act as the primary product partner to Central Operations and Service Partner Operations leadership.
• Develop deep subject matter expertise for internal operators and service partners through research and data analysis.
• Identify high leverage opportunities and success criteria aligned with product roadmaps.
• Lead product discovery and delivery from ideation to launch, driving measurable outcomes.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, and Operations to deliver technically sound, user-centered solutions.
• Use data to inform prioritization, tradeoffs, and post-launch impact analysis.
• Continuously improve tooling and workflows as Fetch scales new service verticals and markets.
