Job summary

Fetch is seeking a Manager of Partner Experience & Onboarding to own how we attract, onboard, and retain service partners powering our network across markets. You will lead sourcing strategy for Delivery Partners and Trash Service Partners, deciding where to source and how onboarding is executed to optimize conversion and time to first block.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end sourcing strategy for service partners, including listing sources, recruitment spend, and market localization to match capacity with demand.
• Own the metrics that define a healthy funnel: application volume by market, conversion by stage, cost per applicant, cost per activation, and time to first block.
• Ensure sustained fill rates across the network and partner with operations when coverage is at risk in any market.
• Own onboarding and recruitment workflows end-to-end, optimize screening friction, and balance quality with conversion.
• Oversee the full partner experience from application to first block and ongoing work, including pay transparency and in-app support.
• Collaborate with Operations leadership to identify root causes of fill issues and develop recovery plans.
• Create feedback loops to evaluate the partner experience and report findings clearly to leadership.
• Apply root cause analysis when metrics degrade to implement durable fixes rather than quick patches.
• Lead, coach, and develop the specialists reporting to this role and raise the team's impact ceiling.
