Aikido Security BV is seeking a Partner Enablement Manager to design and scale high-impact enablement content that turns partners into active selling machines. You will create co-brandable kits, bite-sized learning formats, and self-serve onboarding to accelerate pipeline velocity across Tier 1 and Tier 3 partners.

You’ll own metrics like activated sellers, certifications, and win rates, and translate complex cybersecurity topics into crisp, high-converting messaging.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of building and scaling partner enablement programs and content from scratch.

Responsabilités

• Create (co)-brandable pitch kits, value props, playbooks, and battle cards from scratch.
• Turn dense technical product updates into bite-sized learning pills and LMS content.
• Systemize partner onboarding to accelerate pitching, demoing, and registering deals.
• Decide which product updates trigger instant pipeline versus routine cadence drops.
• Deliver 1:1 enablement for Tier 1 partners and build self-serve systems for Tier 3.
• Own core metrics: activated sellers, certifications, time-to-first-deal-reg, and win rates.
