Job summary

Qualifications

  • Experience designing and executing partner, sales, or customer enablement programs that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience supporting partner ecosystems, indirect go-to-market motions, or cross-functional readiness initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across functions without direct authority.
  • Experience creating scalable programs, processes, assets, and frameworks that improve organizational capability.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to deliver executive-ready recommendations and updates.
  • Experience measuring program effectiveness and using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Position Responsibilities

Partner Enablement Strategy & Program Leadership

  • Lead the strategy, design, and execution of partner enablement programs aligned to Deltek's go-to-market priorities and business objectives.
  • Develop scalable learning paths, certifications, playbooks, and resources that accelerate partner readiness and effectiveness.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to stakeholders by providing recommendations, insights, and enablement strategies that improve business outcomes.

  • Experience supporting government contracting organizations or partners serving the GovCon market.
  • Familiarity with Deltek Costpoint and the operational, financial, and compliance requirements of government contractors.
  • Understanding of key government contracting concepts such as DCAA compliance, indirect rates, project accounting, contract management, and audit readiness.

Compensation Info

The U.S. salary range for this position is $54,000.00-$95,000.00. This range is subject to change as Deltek takes a number of factors into consideration when determining individual base pay, such as location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including incentive compensation and equity.
